UK orders will usually be with you in 1-2 working days from confirmation of dispatch, depending on your location.
International orders will usually be with you in 1-2 weeks from confirmation of dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping method.
Please note our warehouse aims to dispatch orders within one working day of receipt, orders placed prior to 12pm on a weekday will be prioritised for same day dispatch where possible.
We use different couriers depending on delivery requirements.
You will also have the option to arrange your own shipping by selecting “independent collection” during the checkout process.*
Please note that all indemnities shall pass to the customer upon collection by their courier and no liability for damaged goods will be held by The Supplement Warehouse.
For UK orders, please contact us within 5 working days from the date of dispatch if it has not arrived, for international orders, please contact us within 14 working days. Failure to notify The Supplement Warehouse within this period may result in you losing the ability to claim for reimbursement. The Supplement Warehouse cannot be held responsible for loss resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Orders sent to incorrect address can be held up for weeks and are sometimes irretrievable.
Please ensure that the products you are purchasing may be imported into your country. The Supplement Warehouse cannot and will not be held responsible for products that are delayed, held for import duty or seized and destroyed due to your country’s customs restrictions.
In the event you receive damaged or expired products upon delivery, The Supplement Warehouse requires photographs detailing the damage or expiration date of the affected product, including the shipping box if citing damaged goods. If a package does arrive damaged, please note this with the driver at the time of delivery if possible. We request any notifications of the above nature are made to The Supplement Warehouse within 48 hours of receipt.
