Returns will be accepted only if there is a fault with the goods, in light of a product recall or there has been an error on our part.
In the event of any complaint or a product being defective when delivered, notification must be made to us immediately and we are to be allowed a reasonable time to enable us to replace or refund any product, providing that all defective items are returned to us in the state in which they were supplied if requested.
The Supplement Warehouse does not endorse product or health claims made by customers or practitioners outside the manufacturer’s guidelines and applicable laws.
The Supplement Warehouse will not be held liable for any damage, injury or death as a result of these claims. Our statements, the products we sell and the products or services we endorse are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The Supplement Warehouse will not accept returns or issue credits for items returned to you by your own customers. How you deal with such matters is your own business policy.
